Personalized Wedding Ceremonies

As seen on TLC's "Four Weddings" show, and  Oprah Networks new show, "Don't Tell the Bride"!

The Reception is for your Guests, but the Ceremony is for You!
Memorable, Professional Service to Personalize Your Wedding Ceremony!

A Letter From a Mother of the Bride:

Dear Rev Mark,
Last Friday you married my beautiful daughter and her handsome prince.  I shall long remember their ceremony for it was the most uniquely personal ceremony I have ever witnessed.  Your attention to detail, your natural ease with people and your happy heart just made a wonderful day even more special.

Our guests commented throughout the evening about how much they loved the ceremony.  Everyone had something lovely to say.  I do not know of another time when a ceremony was so embodied with warmth and personality.
Your gift of ministry has taken Kim and Ryan a new beginning.

We are blessed to have you participate in their special day.  Thank you from the deepest recesses of my heart for making us all a bit more grateful and joyous on that wonderful fall evening.
A. Masler

My mission and my passion is to help you personalize your Wedding Ceremony or Union, and create memories that you, your family and friends will cherish for a lifetime. The central theme will be you, your love story, and any traditions or customs you wish to add. Your wedding ceremony will be unique to you, and together we will make the perfect ceremony that your guests will talk about for years to come.

When the day comes that you and your soul mate decide to be joined in love, I will meet with you both and discuss all the options we have to writing a creative  and memorable ceremony. I'll be with you every step of the way. I have one Rule for your wedding day. Rule #1: Have FUN!

As an Inter-Faith Minister, I can help bring in different ideas from various faiths and cultures and incorporate them into your Ceremony.

If you also choose to have a simple Ceremony, that can be arranged. I'm a great listener and will be sensitive to your requests and needs. Prices vary accordingly. Contact me so we can talk about making your day a great one.

Are you a real minister?

Yes, I am an ordained minister through Many Paths Ministries and legal to perform marriages in the state of Florida,  all States and Washington D.C.. I am registered with the New York City Clerk as a legal officiant.  I do often perform non-religious or civil weddings.
I do not preach a specific viewpoint – my ordination is simply what allows me to legally solemnize your wedding ceremony.

How do you write our ceremony? Where do we begin?

We’ll meet informally, where I can share some of my information with you, and learn about you both, how you met, your likes, backgrounds, your desires for your wedding and to get to know you and understand exactly what you are looking for. I have detailed questions that I will ask. I’ll then write your ceremony for you, and send you outlines and your vows.  I can be available to do a rehearsal if needed, and will officiate the ceremony on your wedding day. Throughout the process, I am available for virtually unlimited phone and email consultations.

How far in advance are you scheduled?

I recommend booking an officiant at least one year to six months before your wedding, for the best availability.  If it's less than 6 months though, that is fine. Email me right away so I can check my calendar.

How long do your ceremonies take?

It all depends on what you want in it and varies couple to couple. My usual ceremony is 20-30 minutes in length, but we can make that shorter or longer. Whatever you wish!

What kind of rituals can we include in our ceremony?

That is the wonderful thing about having a custom wedding ceremony written. We can include anything you wish. Glass breaking, hand fastening, unity candles, coin ceremonies, veil ceremonies. You can personalize the ceremony to include your traditions and unique tastes.

Do we write our own vows?

Writing your own vows can add a wonderful dimension to your wedding ceremony and I can help you with the process of doing this, but if needed, I'd be more than happy to write custom vows and offer suggestions for you.

Contact me today so we can arrange a Consultation and discuss making your ceremony a memorable one.
